I WILL PRAISE HIS WORD
One of God’s greatest gifts is the Scripture;
To be discovered are many wonderful features.
The Word of God is indeed perfect;
Reading it, we must not neglect.
We have every reason to give praise;
Therein we learn of God’s grace.
There is much light to be found;
In His Word is power profound.
The Word teaches us to trust in God;
There is deliverance from the Lord.
We need never succumb to fear;
The Lord’s Word brings much cheer.
Let us commit to reading the Scriptures;
We can learn how we may be righteous.
Let us offer great praise to the Lord,
In His great gift of the Word of God!
