I WILL DECLARE YOUR NAME
Once, we cowered in confusion and shame;
We had virtually forgotten His mighty name.
Depression darkened our understanding;
Our faith was anything but outstanding!
Light has now shone and a new spirit is found;
There is faith and hope that God is around.
There is a new spirit of praise within the heart;
There is so much about the LORD to impart!
The heart cannot but desire to declare God’s name;
There is no need to feel frightened or ashamed.
There are many who still fighting their fears;
Let us be challenged to declare, “God is near!”
God has not hidden His wonderful face;
He is willing to grant His abundant grace.
Let us seek to share the word of God;
May we ever offer praise to the LORD!
