GOD WILL REDEEM MY SOUL
We may not end up with much wealth in life;
Riches are often obtained amidst much strife.
There are many who wish for such riches;
Our wisdom is found in the Scriptures.
The search for wealth often leads to neglect;
On the needs of the soul we do not reflect.
Death comes and we are not found ready;
It is then too late to seek God’s mercy.
How wonderful to know that God will redeem;
He will extend forgiveness for all our sins.
He will grant salvation that lasts for eternity;
How wonderful to have this certainty!
God’s redemption plan is truly glorious;
He saves because of His righteousness.
To all who would receive the Lord’s grace;
One day, we would see His precious face.
