GOD RULES
Our trust in God is not in vain;
That He is Sovereign is plain!
He is our God and our Shield;
He will protect us from all ills!
We have a God who is our Strength;
To help us, He would go to great lengths!
Evil will be defeated ere long;
The Lord will help us to be strong.
We may take refuge in God’s mercy;
He cares for all who are poor and needy.
His power knows no limits at all;
He will respond when we call!
He is our great God of mercy;
We need not fear our enemies.
The Lord rules from on high;
To His people, He will draw nigh!
