GOD HAS SPOKEN IN FAITHFULNESS
Our prayers to God are natural;
But they must not be superficial.
God’s answers are to be studied;
They cannot be “hurried.”
God’s answers are found in history;
Past lessons must be noted carefully.
Great truths may be found in His reply;
On the Lord and His word we may rely!
God’s great power must be trusted;
Answers are not to be taken for granted.
We are challenged to ponder God’s power anew;
Our trust in God, we must ever seek to renew.
Powerful enemies should not cause fear;
God’s Presence will bring much cheer.
God will deal with enemies summarily;
We may trust the Lord completely!
