DELIGHTING IN THE LORD

We are reminded not to fear the wicked;

We need not fret nor be greatly worried.

The Lord would deal with them in due time;

We must learn to have a trust that is sublime.

Trust in the Lord must be carefully cultivated;

Knowledge and faith must be deeply inculcated.

We need not flee when times are tough;

Our trust in the Lord would be enough.

The challenge is to learn how to delight in God;

There are steps that we can take to trust in the Lord.

We can learn to commit all our plans to Him;

Upon the Lord and His word, we must be dwelling.

The blessing of the Lord would then be made obvious;

Our trust in God would be blessed with a life that is righteous.

To delight in the Lord is a goal that is truly worthy;

The desires of our heart would be fulfilled assuredly.
