BIBLE TEACHINGS
Bible teachings are important to know;
They help us to learn how we can grow.
Stories in the Bible are absolutely true;
They help us to live well, giving us clues.
To learn well, we need a humble heart;
And God’s Kingdom we may have a part.
We also need to learn how to say “Sorry;”
It pleases God to see such true humility.
Lessons learned must be put into action;
Thus, we must always give full attention.
We learn from our teachers how to live;
And prayers of thanksgiving to give.
How blessed we are when we do God’s will;
He will help our troubled hearts to be still.
He will always be with us even when we are sad;
He draws near to us, to comfort and to make us glad.
