Condemnation is a word that is feared by so many,

The world can sometimes be mean and truly ugly.

There is little compassion from people around,

Nothing is left when a ship runs aground!

There seems little hope when sin is truly exposed,

On whom may the sinful soul fall back in repose?

Condemnation leads to a life of shame and rejection,

Is there anyone who can forgive with true compassion?

Jesus refused to condemn even when all seems lost,

The law seems merciless, and the sinner must pay the cost!

Yet there is always hope for the most defiled because of sin,

Jesus offers love and grace, and cleansing from deep within.

It is easy to condemn when we do not look into our own heart,

But deep down, all have sinned and the soul is torn apart.

The words of Jesus remain true and wonderful even today,

“Neither do I condemn you…” These precious words are here to stay!
