SHALL NOT COME TO JUDGMENT
The fear of judgment from God is so real and deep,
The many sins of life often cause the soul to weep.
Many think of God as an unforgiving Judge,
They hold this against Him and develop a grudge.
Jesus came to correct this erroneous thought,
He knew that His teaching must, with love, be brought.
He urged people to listen to His word and believe,
Much was at stake… how would His word be received?
Jesus offers full pardon from terrible sin,
All He asks is true faith in Him.
The dreaded judgment will not take place,
For pardon from sin is possible through His grace.
“Passed from death into life”- what precious words!
The soul now enlightened is wonderfully assured.
A new understanding of God is now embraced,
The soul is assured of a home in heaven, by His grace.
