#24: ARISE, LET US GO TO ZION
“Arise, let us go to Zion,”- what does this word mean?
When Israel was an outcast, their outlook was lean.
Zion was simply Jerusalem that had been overthrown,
No one inhabited the land, there was nothing grown.
Few knew that God had a New Covenant Plan,
This was graciously revealed to humbled man.
In that glorious New Covenant, Zion was God’s throne,
There He would be found by His People, His very own.
The heart should be stirred to arise and seek the LORD,
There in Zion we enter into the eternal city of God!
Only His People who have been washed and made clean;
They would understand what “Zion” truly means!
God will satiate the souls of those who love Him dearly,
He will freely and richly bless each and every family!
His People will be more than satisfied with His goodness,
Such is the blessing of His People; they will have Fullness!
