#20: I WILL SET MY EYES ON THEM FOR GOOD
The Word of God can bring such an uplift to the soul,
Truly His promises are more precious than gold!
To those who are good in God’s sight, He has said,
He will not ignore them, He will acknowledge them instead.
He promises that He would watch over His people for good,
He will protect them and He will provide them their food.
He will plant them and make of them a great people one day,
He asks that we believe Him and not yield to doubtful dismay.
He will give to those who trust Him a heart that obeys,
They will love Him and call on Him without undue delay.
They will become His People and He would be their God,
How much more could we ask from our glorious LORD?
How wonderful it is to be God’s People chosen in love!
Only a great God could give such hope from heaven above.
May our hearts rejoice that we can be His people today!
Let us proclaim our faith in God and His Word let us obey!
