MY WALK OF FAITH

As I begin my walk of faith, He plants a little seed

To grow this faith and only the Lord I shall please

To live is Christ and to die is gain

It is something I would want to attain.

There are times when I falter,

But I can always go back to Him for shelter

To come before our God who is filled with lovingkindness

I can only humbly bow and seek His forgiveness.

Seeing His hand guiding me in life,

To fit into His perfect plan that’s world wide

To see that everything He does fits perfectly

Makes me want to find my faith more real to me.

He is the Way, the Truth, the Light,

He gives me strength to walk by faith and not by sight

To seek to draw near

The beginning of wisdom is the Lord we fear.

Seeking for understanding of my faith,

To serve Him with all my heart by giving Him praise

I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength

And only to Him I will give thanks.
