FULL OF THE POWER OF THE SPIRIT OF THE LORD
There are many who see themselves as servants of God;
But their ministry lack clear empowering from the LORD.
They fail in both life and ministry so obviously;
There is barren activity and many are not fed duly.
The proof of ministry is seen by the power of God given;
Year after year, the servant of God is sustained by Heaven.
The Spirit of the LORD will rest upon him for effective ministry;
There will be fruit that would redound to the LORD’s glory.
The power of the LORD is seen in the Word of God preached;
There is divine enlightenment and many hearts are reached.
There is courage when sins need to be addressed properly;
There is no fear of Man and the truth is proclaimed valiantly.
The power of God is given in its fullness to the faithful servant;
He will be empowered by the LORD though some may spurn.
His focus is on being faithful and true to his divine calling;
The Spirit of the LORD will truly and fully rest upon him.
