ESSENTIAL LESSONS GOD TAUGHT MOSES ABOUT PRAYER

Exodus 6:1-13

1. Coming into the Presence of The LORD

a) “I am the LORD”             Exodus 6:2

i) Appearing as God Almighty to the patriarchs             Exodus 6:3a

ii) Covenant established with them             Exodus 6:4a

iii)The Promised Land of Canaan             Exodus 6:4b

b) “I am the LORD”             Exodus 6:6

i) “LORD” would be the new Title of God             Exodus 6:3b
with the children of Israel

ii) This LORD had heard the groaning of Israel in Egypt             Exodus 6:5a

iii) He had remembered His covenant             Exodus 6:5b
