(II) SIGNIFICANCE OF THE PHRASE “The LORD our God”

c) It is a good land which the LORD our God is giving us (Deuteronomy 1:25)

2. Significance of this phrase

a) To signify oneness in the nation

c) To emphasise personal relationship with God as a people
