3. To those who do not keep His covenant

WHY THE SECRET OF THE LORD IS WITH SOME OTHERS?

1. They seek and wait upon Him   (Psalm 25:5)

2. They have sought pardon and forgiveness of their sins   (Psalm 25:7)

3. The faithful who keep His covenant   (Psalm 25:10, 14)

4. They fear the Lord   (Psalm 25:12a)

5. Their eyes are on the Lord   (Psalm 25:15)
