GENEALOGY OF ABRAM

1. Father was called Terah

a) Originally from Ur of the Chaldeans (Genesis 11:27)
b) He took Abram and his grandson Lot to go to Canaan (Genesis 11:28)
c) They came to Haran and dwelt there (Genesis 11:31)
d) Terah died at Haran (Genesis 11:32)

2. Abram left Haran at 75 years (Genesis 12:4)

a) God called him to leave Haran and to go to Canaan (Genesis 12:1)
