Is anything too hard for the LORD?   (Genesis 18:14)

b) To broaden understanding
c) To anticipate God’s solution to the problems of life

THE SECOND TIME

1. God’s question to the prophet Jeremiah

Is anything too hard for Me?   (Jeremiah 32:27)

2. God’s Intention

a) To deepen faith
b) To broaden understanding
c) To anticipate God’s solution to the problems of life

GOD’S REVELATION OF HIS WILL

1. Revelation of God’s judgment concerning the nation of Judah   (Jeremiah 32:28-36)

a) Painful
b) Poignant
c) Devastating
d) But necessary because of the problem of the depth of sin
They have not received instruction   (Jeremiah 32:33)

2. Revelation of the future of the nation of Judah   (Jeremiah 32:37-44)

a) Gathering of the exiles in different countries
b) They shall be My people   (Jeremiah 32:38)
c) And I will be their God   (Jeremiah 32:38)
d) I will give them one heart   (Jeremiah 32:39)
e) And one way   (Jeremiah 32:39)
f) That they may fear Me forever   (Jeremiah 32:39)
g) I will make an everlasting covenant with them   (Jeremiah 32:40)
h) I will not turn away from doing them good   (Jeremiah 32:40)
i) I will put My fear in them   (Jeremiah 32:40)
j) So that they will not depart from Me   (Jeremiah 32:40)
k) I will rejoice over them to do them good   (Jeremiah 32:41)
l) I will assuredly plant them in this land
with My heart and with My soul   (Jeremiah 32:41)

APPROPRIATE RESPONSES

1. Call to Me and I will answer you   (Jeremiah 33:3)

2. The voice of joy and the voice of gladness   (Jeremiah 33:11)

3. Praise the LORD of hosts

For the LORD is good,

For His mercy ensures forever   (Jeremiah 33:11)
