LOVING AND SERVING THE LORD

Text: Deuteronomy 10:12-13

A CLASSIC STATEMENT

Moses was the most outstanding servant of the Lord in the entire Old Testament period. It was he who made this famous statement as to how Israel should relate to the Lord.

And now, Israel, what does the LORD your God

Require of you, but to fear the LORD your God,

To walk in all His ways and to love Him,

To serve the LORD your God with all your heart

And with all your soul,

And to keep the commandments of the LORD

And His statutes which I command you today

For your good.     Deuteronomy 10:12-13

A NEW PULPIT THEME

For the months of March-April 2019, we will be looking at the theme of serving the LORD. The most wonderful example of serving the LORD God is the Lord Jesus Christ Himself. Let us seek to learn well and be inspired to serve God the way He deserves to be served!
