“You shall not be afraid of the terror by night…” Psalm 91:5a

STRUGGLING WITH FEARS

Many struggle with fears. From a child to old age, fears are faced. How wonderful it would be to face life with such confidence that we stand unafraid. The following text offers great hope.

“You shall not be afraid of the terror by night,
Nor of the arrow that flies by day,
Nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness,
Nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday.”
Psalm 91:5-6

3. You shall not be afraid

This is possible only when one has learned to make the Lord our refuge and fortress. The challenge is to learn how to dwell in the secret place of the Almighty. Only in the presence of God would there be great peace of heart and mind.
