MORE WORRIES

When one is emotionally vulnerable, great dangers abound everywhere. The mind can be unduly and adversely affected. The following text shows us just how vulnerable David was as he struggled against powerful odds.

“I am forgotten like a dead man, out of mind;
I am like a broken vessel.
For I hear the slander of many; Fear is on every side;
While they take counsel together against me.
They scheme to take away my life.”
Psalm 31:12-13

1. With reference to self

TURNING WORRIES OVER TO GOD

These were very real worries! The wisest course of action was to turn everything over to the Lord in humble trust!
