Day 267 – Psalm 118

“The LORD is my strength and song…” Psalm 118:14a

EXTOLLING THE GOOD NAME OF GOD

The psalmist could not help but exult in the Lord and the way He helped him gain victory. The following text may be thought of as a song of victory.

“You pushed me violently, that I might fall,
But the LORD helped me.
The LORD is my strength and song,
And He has become my salvation.
The voice of rejoicing and salvation
Is in the tents of the righteous;
The right hand of the LORD does valiantly.”
