Day 201 – Psalm 107

“He pours contempt on princes…” Psalm 107:40a

A MEDITATION ON THE SOVEREIGN POWER OF GOD IV

What would happen if powerful princes were to mount up attacks against the righteous? Would they succeed in thwarting God’s plan to bless?

“He pours contempt on princes,
And causes them to wander in the wilderness
where there is no way;
Yet He sets the poor on high, far from affliction,
And makes their families like a flock.”
