Text: Exodus 31: 6-11
MEDITATION
Exodus 31:6-11
6 “And I, indeed I, have appointed with him Aholiab the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan; and I have put wisdom in the hearts of all the gifted artisans, that they may make all that I have commanded you:
7 the tabernacle of meeting, the ark of the Testimony and the mercy seat that is on it, and all the furniture of the tabernacle—
8 the table and its utensils, the pure gold lampstand with all its utensils, the altar of incense,
9 the altar of burnt offering with all its utensils, and the laver and its base—
10 the garments of ministry, the holy garments for Aaron the priest and the garments of his sons, to minister as priests,
11 and the anointing oil and sweet incense for the holy place. According to all that I have commanded you they shall do.”
MEANINGFUL APPLICATION TO LIFE
1. Another master artisan divinely appointed
a. Aholiab was also personally called and appointed.
b. He was from the tribe of Dan.
2. Other skilled artisans
a. They would be called upon to contribute their talents.
b. These were not named.
c. God would give them the wisdom they need.
3. The work that was set before this team of skilled artisans
a. The Tabernacle
b. The ark of the testimony and the mercy seat on it
c. The furniture of the tabernacle
d. The showbread table and all utensils
e. The altar of incense
f. The altar of burnt offering with all its utensils
g. The laver and its base
h. The garments of ministry
i. Aaron
ii. The priests
i. The anointing oil
j. Sweet incense for the holy place
4. The commandments of the LORD
a. All of the above came as commandments from God.
b. There must be sacred zeal.
c. There must be faithfulness too.

6 我分派但支派中亚希撒抹的儿子亚何利亚伯与他同工。凡心里有智慧的，我更使他们有智慧，能做我一切所吩咐的，
7 就是会幕和法柜，并其上的施恩座，与会幕中一切的器具，
8 桌子和桌子的器具，精金的灯台和灯台的一切器具并香坛，
9 燔祭坛和坛的一切器具，并洗濯盆与盆座，
