"I will cause them to know My hand and My might"

Text: Jeremiah 16:21

GOD’S RESPONSE TO JEREMIAH

God caused Jeremiah to understand that Gentiles, far away from Jerusalem, could understand faith in Him. The LORD would now have to teach the children of Israel to know Him afresh!

“Will a man make gods for himself,
Which are not gods?
Therefore behold, I will this once cause them to know,
I will cause them to know
My hand and My might;
And they shall know that My name is the LORD”
Jeremiah 16:20-21

ii) His might
b) The Gentiles would also learn about the God of Israel too.

b) The children of Israel had not known Him as “LORD” (Exodus 6:2-3).

i) They will know His might.
ii) They will see His hand of power.
