It is located in heaven!

2. Who is there?

b) Innumerable angels are there attending to God.
c) All who make up the Church is there.
d) It is a general assembly:-

HOW WAS THIS HEAVENLY HOPE MADE POSSIBLE?

The following text gives a clear explanation how this is possible.

“To Jesus the Mediator of the new covenant,
And to the blood of sprinkling that speaks better things
than that of Abel.”
Hebrews 12:24

1. Reference to Abel

His offering was accepted by God the Judge of all!

2. Jesus the Mediator

a) The shedding of His blood was a greater offering than that of Abel.
b) Through His shed blood He became our Mediator.
c) Through His death He brought about the New Covenant.

OUR HEAVENLY HOPE

This is a glorious hope that all believers are partakers of. Let us never take this heavenly hope for granted! Let us cultivate a heart of deep gratitude and awe as we ponder what it means to be included in the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ!
